PCS Cloud Email Setup

Apple iPhone/iPad/iPod instructions

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go To Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Click Add Account
  4. Choose Exchange
  5. Type in your (primary) email address
  6. Type in your password
  7. Put in a description (or accept the default)
  8. Click Next
  9. Type in ‘mail.pcscloud.ca’ in the server
  10. Type in your email address in username
  11. Click Next
  12. Click Save

Android Setup

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Accounts & Sync
  3. Click on Add Account (+ sign)
  4. Click on Corporate (or Exchange Activesync)
  5. Type in your Email Address and password
  6. Click Next
  7. Type in your primary email address for domain\username
  8. Type in mail.pcscloud.ca in server
  9. Click Next
  10. Click OK to enable the remote security features
  11. Select ‘Send email from this account by default’
  12. Click Next
  13. Click Activate
  14. Change the account name if you want, click next

 

Webmail Access / Password Change

  1. Open up internet explorer
  2. Go to https://mail.pcscloud.ca
  3. Type in your email address and password

To change your password

  1. Click on the gear icon              pcs-cloud-email-gear
  2. Click on Change Password
  3. Put in your old password, then type in your new password (twice)
  4. Click save
